The purpose of this book is to help pastors train spiritual leaders within their churches. There are many leadership books, but few that emphasize spiritual leadership. For several decades, the church world has experienced a lot of leadership training that is secularized, as if there is no difference between leading a business, a corporation, a sports team, an army, or a church. There are some similarities, of course, but there are actually huge differences. Throughout this book, you’ll find many very important keys to spiritual leadership that are usually omitted from popular leadership and success books. 

Please know that you do not have to be called to be a pastor to learn and become what I write about in this book. The truths are for every believer, even new converts. We are all called to grow up into Christlike people.
